Dr Mir has changed my life even after 2 sessions. I was very anxious about going for an appointment; he helped me feel calm and relaxed instantly. As a man in a trade I've never been able to open up and I have really struggled. Straight away I felt completely safe and comfortable to talk to Dr Mir and tell him everything. He understood me and knew exactly what I was trying to say and how I felt. He was sympathetic to my situation. I genuinely feel that Dr Mir wants to help. I have already recommended 3 people to him.

I had to discuss the most difficult and sensitive issues with Dr Mir and he demonstrated empathy, compassion and understanding. I felt truly heard. He has a non judgemental and supportive approach and I would highly recommend him.

My initial assessment with Dr Mir has been good. I felt he listened well and was able to identify and understand the problems I had been facing and how this relates to an ADHD diagnosis. My follow up appointments have been good and I feel I'm getting what I would hope as a service.

In the past I have had some very damaging experiences under NHS mental health services and therefore I do find it difficult to put my trust in them. However I must say that during the year have been Dr Mir's patient he has realy gone above and beyond to do the best for me. He is kind and patient, listens when I talk and responds promptly and sensitively when I request help. I feel that he endeavours to know and understand me and my condition, rather than just seeing me as another name on a list, a job to be dealt with, a box to be ticked. Although it has not been easy I know that I have improved a great deal under his care and really feel lucky to have him as my psychiatrist.
